Commercialization of advanced military technology for the processing market

Curtiss-Wright’s recent introduction of a Digital Valve Controller (DVC) for the processing market integrates proprietary control electronics originally developed for military applications with a need to monitor critical operations in the processing industry.  While existing technologies managed a single process or variable, Curtiss-Wright’s new DVC updated the technology from analog to digital and is programmable for up to 20 variable functions.  In addition, this product employs remote and internet monitoring of critical valves during the refining process so operations can be managed worldwide from one system.
